Stage 1: Barcelona → Barcelona (Team ITT, 19.6 km)

Tour de France 2026 opens on the heights of Barcelona with a tense team time trial, between the Cote de Montjuic and the Cote du Stade Olympique. Jonas Vingegaard seizes the first yellow jersey, ahead of Davide Piganzoli and Sepp Kuss, while Egan Bernal, Tadej Pogacar and Juan Ayuso respectively don the green, polka dot and white jerseys from this very first day.

Out of the 319 participants in the contest, it's a rather selective baptism by fire: 280 players come away empty-handed from this first stage, which means a lot of empty glasses for an opening night! Fortunately, a small handful managed to hit the mark and immediately take the lead. At 25 points, BenCoune, DesmetN, DevoThi40, Elio, GauCol, Gil_Charleroi, KocJan, LotteFietst, RikVH, ThoCam, WannesVelo and WerDam share the top of the general classification as perfect co-leaders, all tied at rank 1.

Just behind, at 15 points, a well-stocked second peloton: AndeLuc, ArnoF, BaptisteCol74, Damien_31, DevJon, Geo, Gigi, Jad, JasVerm, JefPeet, JulesGravier, LejMax, LeoPuncheur, LiamCadence, Louka, Mat52, MorVal, NielsLimburg, Osc, PopescuO, RobbeVanLoo, Sofie, TitouanVelo, VicVerbrugge, jontheriver, larvand and mardyl are holding at rank 13, just 10 points behind the leaders. And a third group at 10 points (rank 40) with notably DiegoRodador, GertJanTielt, HugoBraquet, Johnson, Kobe-D, MaximeLiegeois, Mich_Mich, MilanD, SergeCiney, Tom101 and TomThom who are not far off either.

It's BenCoune who symbolically dons the first yellow jersey of the ScoreMigos contest, for this inaugural stage. But with a gap of zero points at the top, the slightest winning move tomorrow could change everything. The real Tour is only just beginning.

Stage 2: Tarragona → Barcelona

The peloton returns to Barcelona in style, and it's Isaac del Toro who steals the show in the sprint of a small group from the breakaway, ahead of Tadej Pogacar and Remco Evenepoel at the top of Montjuic. Jonas Vingegaard calmly keeps his yellow jersey on his shoulders, but del Toro leaves with the green AND the white jersey as a bonus. Not bad for a Mexican that nobody saw coming.

And precisely: zero out of 205 for the winner. Not a single predictor had his name. Five brave souls had still ticked "Mexico" for the nationality, hats off. On the podium however, 32 players out of 206 got it right with del Toro / Pogacar / Evenepoel. The type of small group sprint finish smiled on 156 people, and 60 had bet that the breakaway would go all the way : they were right. The yellow jersey that doesn't change? 144 had sensed it. Where it really divided was on the best French or Belgian: only 28 out of 208 bet on Evenepoel, and among them, a nice group stood out: Packdog, Gabilou, Marek, NoahLef9, RobbeV, Benjamin, daniel_stojanovic, Mimi, wim van dessel, JefB, VerKob, LotteFietst, Fons and JonaVerme9 had all sensed the Belgian.

In the general standings of the contest (319 players, excerpt), today's day belongs to Gabilou: 32 points on this stage, best performance of the day, and a climb of 42 places to land 11th overall with 32 pts. Behind, Bra73, LauraB and Rico each score 28 points on the stage and jump to 19th place (climbs of 34 places each). EdenHazard and momo total 26 points on the stage, with momo climbing to 3rd place overall (37 places gained, 36 pts cumulative). Also a nice achievement for JulesGravier and NielsLimburg, who progress 5 spots each to reach 8th position.

At the top of the table, Elio consolidates his leader position with 48 points and 10 ahead of runner-up LotteFietst (2nd, 38 pts). It's the 2nd consecutive stage he finishes at the top of the contest : the ScoreMigos yellow jersey suits him better and better. On the turbulence side, WannesVelo drops 7 spots (8th, 33 pts) and Gil_Charleroi, co-leader yesterday, plummets 23 places to find himself 24th. The 116 players who stayed at zero tonight will appreciate that del Toro at least gave them a nice sprint to watch.

Stage 3: Granollers → Les Angles

From Catalonia to the Pyrenees, the road was long and selective: after Collada de Toses and Col du Calvaire, Tadej Pogacar settled a small group from the breakaway in a sprint to claim his first stage victory on this Tour, snatching the yellow jersey from Jonas Vingegaard in the process. The Slovenian is now in yellow AND green, while Alex Baudin takes the polka dots and Isaac del Toro keeps the white jersey.

On the contest side, the day was tough: 27 players out of 183 had bet on Pogacar winning, and only 20 out of 183 had anticipated a small group sprint as the outcome. You really had to believe in it. On the other hand, 126 players had sensed the yellow jersey change, and 52 had seen the breakaway go all the way. As for best French or Belgian rider, Paul Seixas creates the surprise: only 29 forecasters had his name, not obvious at all.

The performance of the day is Stéph: 49 points on this stage, best score of the day, with Pogacar's victory well ticked off. In the same breath, Pau32, PietjeKlim, Mich_Mich and Pistache each total 46 points on the stage. GertJanTielt completes this fine table at 43 points. Among those who had found Pogacar as winner, we also count Fred_du_59, Alexandre, lou_bernard, popol, LejMax, maxime patin, AndeLuc, MorVal, momo and PatrickD: a fine bunch of sharp noses in a contest with 319 players.

In the general standings, it's a major shake-up. KocJan takes the lead (74 pts, +3 places) and dons the virtual yellow jersey of the contest for the first time. momo is 2nd at 71 pts (+1), and GauCol climbs onto the podium in 3rd position (70 pts, +9 places). The comeback of the day? Stéph, no less: +159 places to land directly 16th overall, it's the kind of rocket move you don't see often. In the big comebacks, GertJanTielt jumps 44 spots (6th), Gil_Charleroi by 20 (4th) and Osc by 19 (5th). On the other hand, Elio, former leader after stage 2, drops 6 spots and finds himself 7th: the fall is not dizzying, but the lead is lost.

And for the 145 players who left without a single point tonight... stage 4 comes quickly, and the Pyrenees are not finished!

Stage 4: Carcassonne → Foix

Mads Pedersen, Danish sprinter too often held back in the mountains, played the perfect game on this hilly stage: attached to a breakaway that held on until the end, he outsprinted Quinn Simmons and Raúl García Pierna in a small group at Foix. Surprise bonus: the yellow jersey leaves Pogacar's shoulders for those of Torstein Træen, while Pedersen takes the green jersey as a bonus.

In the contest, only one man dared to tick Pedersen as winner out of 178 participants: maxime patin. Just one. And it's him. 40 points picked up in one go, a performance that has the effect of a bombshell in the general standings. He had also sensed the winning breakaway, like a dozen other brave souls who swam against the current when three-quarters of the peloton were betting on a peloton comeback: Hubogoss, Marc_Verviers, AdamCed, Antoinelefebvre, BakkerS, Mich_Mich, Gigi, Lauragoffin, QVanDamme, JorGirar and KoenWeber all ticked "yes" to the breakaway, only 47 out of 178 having done so. NolanDerny, for his part, found Ramses Debruyne as best Franco-Belgian, an answer that only 1 player out of 178 found. Quite perceptive. As for the winner's nationality, only two had ticked Denmark: almost as rare a shot as the winner himself.

In the contest standings, the upheaval is total. maxime patin jumps 18 places to settle at the top with 91 points, 7 lengths ahead of KocJan (2nd, 84 pts, -1) and momo (3rd, 81 pts, -1) whose head-to-head duel is turned upside down overnight. maxime patin wears the contest's yellow jersey for the first time, and clearly, he didn't steal it. Lower down, the spectacular comebacks of this stage are dizzying: AdamCed climbs 60 places to 73rd position, Antoinelefebvre gains 46 to reach 68th, Gigi and VerKob each soar 44 ranks to land 58th tied. Special mention to LemWou, best comeback of the day with +61 places, now 104th overall.

A word for the silent majority: 157 players out of 178 leave without a single point from this stage, which proves that Pedersen had decided to make his little revolution all by himself. Next stage, we reset the counters... well, not quite: maxime patin has a seven-point lead, and he intends to keep the bib.

Stage 5: Lannemezan → Pau

Lannemezan–Pau, 158 km of flat terrain, and the peloton hands over to the pure sprinters: Olav Kooij outsprinted Max Kanter and Tim Merlier in the massive sprint, without breaking a sweat. Torstein Træen keeps the yellow jersey, everyone falls back in line.

In the contest, finding Kooij as the winner was quite a feat: only 6 players out of 154 had picked him, and they made all the difference of the day. Fantasista, FreddyGent, Core74, Niels87, JorGirar and EnzLef all six had the Dutch flair : a rare move in a field of 319 participants. On the best Frenchman or Belgian, Tim Merlier came in 3rd, and that too was far from obvious: 44 out of 153 got it right, including BlitzMaestro, jadgarc, AdamCed, Kari, WerDam, Neumann, Tom101 and Ame. On the other hand, the finish type (121/155) and the stable yellow jersey (111/155) offered some consolation points to the masses. With 166 players at zero on the stage... suffice it to say that this flat stage claimed more victims than the Tourmalet climb.

On the leaderboard of best performances of the day, Core74 dominates with 56 points : winner found, bonus, the grand slam. FreddyGent follows at 46 pts, JorGirar at 43, then EnzLef, Fantasista and Niels87 at 40 pts each. And these points show up in the general standings. Core74 makes a spectacular entry into the top 3 with a climb of 50 places (3rd, 96 pts). FreddyGent achieves one of the finest climbs of the stage, +72 places to reach 12th with 79 pts. JorGirar jumps 74 spots to settle in 21st. EnzLef and Fantasista both climb 66 spots to join the top 30.

But the climb of the day : and by far : belongs to Niels87: +120 places in one stage, 50th overall with 58 pts. A stratospheric jump that will be talked about in the days to come.

maxime patin keeps the contest yellow jersey for the second consecutive stage, with 117 points and 17 lengths ahead of KocJan (2nd, 100 pts). Core74 slots in 3rd (96 pts), while GauCol remains solid in 4th (93 pts). At the bottom of the table, dropouts are accumulating for a few after a merciless stage, but the Tour is still long.

Stage 6: Pau → Gavarnie-Gedre

No suspense about who's in charge: Tadej Pogacar attacked from the breakaway, devoured the Aspin and Tourmalet like appetizers, and arrived alone at the top of Gavarnie-Gedre looking like someone out for a Sunday stroll. Vingegaard and del Toro picked up the scraps behind. The yellow jersey changes hands and goes back to Pogacar, who also claims the polka dots.

In the contest with 319 players, the Pyrenean day seriously shook up the rankings. Pogacar winning was far from obvious on paper: only 25 out of 107 had picked him. Among them, Packdog, Tifo, Mich_Mich, TiboVanAken, NicoFlandrien, Mehdi, LejMax, Stéph, marloi, Fantasista, Guigui, Simon Horn, Alexandre and Hubogoss had all sensed the Slovenian move. Well done, the gang. On the manner of arrival : solo : 77 out of 107 got it right, and 67 had anticipated the yellow jersey change. On the other hand, only 32 believed the breakaway would go all the way, and on Remco Evenepoel as best French or Belgian rider, barely 38 had bet on it. Not simple.

For today's performance, Gabilou and Mich_Mich share first place at 51 points each on this stage, ahead of VerDaa791 (49 pts), then DubPau32, Mehdi and PaulW at 48 pts. But the figure that jumps out is Mehdi's comeback: +119 places in a single stage to land 48th overall : the best comeback of the day in a contest of 319 participants, that deserves thunderous applause.

In the upper echelons of the general classification, the Pyrenean stage reshuffled the cards generously. Gabilou jumps 39 places to sit 7th (111 pts), Fantasista climbs 22 spots to reach exactly the same 7th place tied. Alexandre does the same, +22 to settle 9th (108 pts). Spectacular comebacks are plentiful too: Hubogoss +45 (13th, 102 pts), Stéph +32 (16th, 100 pts), Enzo +42 (18th, 95 pts). And even further down the table, VerDaa791 emerges from nowhere with +101 places (22nd, 89 pts), marloi +89 (23rd), Packdog +53 (28th), nono +64 (26th). The mountains reset the clocks : in every way.

At the top of the contest, maxime patin doesn't budge an inch: still 1st with 153 points, he completes his 3rd stage leading the general classification and extends his lead to 21 points over Mich_Mich (2nd, 132 pts, +8 places), who's building pressure thanks to his big stage today. GertJanTielt completes the podium by climbing 7 spots (3rd, 124 pts). The contest's yellow jersey remains on the shoulders of maxime patin : firmly sewn on. For the 213 participants without a single point today, the Pyrenean passes were definitely not kind... but Gavarnie-Gedre doesn't come easy.

Stage 7: Hagetmau → Bordeaux

The Cote de Beguey was not enough to disrupt the sprinters: Tim Merlier settled the matter in Bordeaux with authority, pushing back Søren Wærenskjold and Biniam Girmay in a massive sprint without surprise. Pogacar keeps the yellow and polka dots, Mads Pedersen holds onto the green.

With 54 players out of 258 having picked Merlier as the winner, it was still far from obvious : less than one in five. Among the lucky ones, Simon Horn, Gabilou, WilBri, DesmetN, FauMeh, VerDaa791, ThierryMons, RikVH, BaptisteCol74, LarsMadsen, pierrot, dom, Stan and Arne all ticked the Belgian. On the other hand, the exact podium (Merlier, Wærenskjold, Girmay) surprised more people: 182 out of 258 got it right. And on the massive sprint finish type, 205 players had it correct : the most shared bet of the day.

The stars of the day in the contest are Die, Simon Horn, TuurB and WannesVelo, who all four earned 59 points on this stage : the best performance of the day, tied. marloi and MilanSprintje follow at 56 points. Special mention to TuurB: 114 places climbed in the general standings to land 124th : the most spectacular comeback of this stage 7, and clearly the pedal stroke of the contest today. WannesVelo is no slouch either with +43 places to his credit.

On the top of the table, maxime patin remains solidly installed with 206 points, for the 4th time leading after a stage : his lead over Mich_Mich (181 pts, 2nd) climbs to 25 points. Gabilou climbs 4 places and settles 3rd (164 pts), while RikVH makes a nice entry into the top 5 with +11 places (154 pts, 4th) and Enzo lands 5th with +13 (148 pts). The real rocket at the top is Pau32: +28 places to settle 12th, and Simon Horn explodes with +26 places to point 9th (141 pts). On the slides, GertJanTielt drops 20 places (23rd) and LejMax 11 (17th).

A collective thought for the 63 players who left empty-handed tonight : on a flat stage in Bordeaux, that still hurts. The contest peloton is still long, and the Pyrenees had already reshuffled the cards: the stages to come promise other shifts.

Stage 8: Périgueux → Bergerac

Quiet plains, compact peloton, and Tim Merlier imposing himself a second time in two days in the mass sprint : Biniam Girmay and Olav Kooij in the wheels, Pogacar still in yellow and polka dots, Mads Pedersen holding his green. Nothing moves up top, everything comes down to the contest numbers.

And indeed, on the betting side, it's a two-speed stage. The big boxes tick easily: 204 out of 254 had seen the mass sprint arrive, 190 knew the breakaway wouldn't make it to the end, 182 that the yellow jersey would stay on Pogacar's shoulders. The exact podium (Merlier, Girmay, Kooij) was also validated by 225 players : an almost flawless collective effort. But the precise winner? Only 63 out of 254 had ticked Tim Merlier, and the best French or Belgian player only convinced 84 forecasters despite the Belgian's victory. These two bets are what sorted the day. Among those who had the right instinct for Merlier: Hubogoss, daniel_stojanovic, MvpCrack, AdrDubo, Jens, Dede59, GuntherOostende, Matador, Casper, EnzLef, Enzo, LeoPuncheur, RikVH and Miel : a nice bunch of sharp noses in a peloton of 319.

Best of today's stage: Pistache, Rico and Sennemertens2 share the top of the table with 65 points each, just ahead of Dede59, Fons and GauCol at 59 points. And today's comeback belongs to Fons, who jumps 102 places to reach 96th overall : from the bottom of the standings to the light in one stage, hats off. In the same momentum, Sennemertens2 climbs 90 places (50th), jeroen76 and Jens by 90 and 93 respectively, and Dede59 by 95 ranks to reach 125th place. A whole wave coming back up.

Overall, maxime patin wears the contest's yellow jersey for the 5th stage completed in the lead, with 262 points and 46 units ahead of Mich_Mich (216 pts, 2nd). Enzo, who had found Merlier, climbs 2 places and settles in 3rd with 204 pts, closely followed by RikVH (203 pts, 4th, stable). Behind, GauCol makes a good move with +9 places (8th), LejMax +8 (9th), MorVal +14 (11th), DevoThi40 +13 (12th) and Geo +15 (14th). The big overall performance remains that of Rico: +22 places to climb to 14th place with 171 pts. On the other hand, KocJan drops 12 ranks (18th) and Simon Horn 10 (19th) : the bottom of the sprint causes damage both ways. As for the 66 players who came home empty-handed tonight, they'll recognize themselves : a plains day where you just had to... pick the right Belgian.

Stage 9: Malemort → Ussel

Van der Poel showed his puncher credentials: breaking away from the escape group, he settled the small group at the sprint ahead of Tobias Halland Johannessen and Tom Pidcock on this rolling 185 km stage. Pogacar calmly keeps his yellow jersey, nothing changes at the top of the race.

The real earthquake is rumbling at the bottom of the contest standings. Out of 259 players, only 49 had ticked Mathieu van der Poel as winner : not bad considering the competition in the breakaway : and among them, a fine bunch are celebrating tonight: PaulW, KocJan, Senne04, JarneKopman, Charel, Fin, GuilCharl, Stan, Jelle, Gigi, Simmy, TitouanVelo, KobeDes and Fred_du_59 had all sensed the Dutchman's attack. Dutch nationality, meanwhile, only convinced 46 participants out of 259. On the other hand, the small group sprint finish was almost consensual (206 out of 259), and 204 had correctly seen that the yellow jersey wouldn't change hands. The trickiest bet? Best French or Belgian rider: Alex Baudin pulled a fast one on everyone : zero found out of 259. Everyone is in the same boat on this one.

As for best stage of the day, four players share the lead with 48 points each: Fred_du_59, Jempi, TomThom and Vinnie, with TitouanVelo (47 pts) and Antoinelefebvre (46 pts) in their immediate wake. But the real stories of the evening are the comebacks. Roos pulls off the day's sprint with +98 places to finish 91st. In the same vein, Jempi jumps 80 spots (96th), Simmy 68 (91st), Stan 65 (120th) and TitouanVelo 78 (102nd). A bit higher up, EnzLef gains 19 places (16th), TomThom takes 12 to settle 13th, Fin climbs 10 spots (19th), FreddyGent 15 (24th) and ThierryMons 15 as well (27th). Special mention to HugoBraquet (+40, 29th) and Steph 🦄 (+42, 30th) who make a remarkable entry into the top 30. Going the other way, jeroen76 and Ferre drop back 56 and 55 spots respectively : the flip side when van der Poel wasn't in the predictions. And this stage will remain painful for 63 players who left with zero points in their pocket : almost one in five, due to a combination of tight bets.

maxime patin continues to wear the contest's yellow jersey with disconcerting serenity: 282 points, 27 ahead of Hubogoss (2nd, +3 places), six stages finished at the top of the general. Mich_Mich remains 3rd (241 pts), Enzo 4th (233 pts), GauCol 5th (229 pts, +3). The leading group is slowly tightening, but maxime patin doesn't seem to want to ease up for now.

Stage 10: Aurillac → Le Lioran : Pogacar in command

Seven climbs in the Massif Central, and at the end, only one law: that of Tadej Pogacar. The Slovenian devoured Le Lioran solo, leaving Remco Evenepoel and revelation Paul Seixas to fight for scraps. Yellow jersey, polka dot jersey, the ogre keeps it all.

In the contest, the real question wasn't "who wins?" but "who dared?" Only 49 players out of 249 had bet on Pogacar as winner : and among them, Hubogoss, Comet, MaximeLiegeois, sven_h, maxime patin, justine_henry, MerTuu, Bra73, LejMax, Antoine, QuentinH, Fin and Stéph can congratulate themselves on getting it right. The complete podium (Pogacar / Evenepoel / Seixas) was validated by 192 players out of 250, and the solo finish ticked by 183 out of 250 : a clear majority had the right instinct about the final's shape. On the other hand, 87 out of 250 had identified Evenepoel as best French or Belgian rider, and only 72 had bet that the yellow jersey wouldn't change hands : they were right, but they were far from a majority. As for Slovenian nationality, only 31 out of 250 had ticked it: a bet that was worth a lot.

In the stage standings, it's TiboVanAken who blows everyone away with 60 points, notably thanks to an almost perfect podium at 30 pts. Behind, DiegoRodador (54 pts) and the trio jadgarc / Marc_Verviers / Stéph (51 pts each), followed by Bra73 at 50 pts. These performances translate into spectacular climbs in the general: DiegoRodador is the best climber of the stage, +84 places to land 80th, never seen before this Tour! TiboVanAken jumps 52 spots and now sits 36th. Bra73 climbs 67 places (66th), jadgarc 32 (25th, tied with GertJanTielt), Marc_Verviers 72 (153rd) and justine_henry 53 (155th).

At the top of the contest, maxime patin keeps his ScoreMigos yellow jersey with 322 points : 7 stages finished in the lead, and 22 points ahead of Hubogoss (2nd, 300 pts). Mich_Mich holds 3rd place at 287 pts, while LejMax pulls off the best top 10 move by climbing 8 places to 6th (241 pts). Stéph, meanwhile, makes a jump of 12 places to settle 16th (224 pts) : the day is really smiling on him. Worth noting though that 72 players out of 319 stayed at zero tonight: Le Lioran was a mountain for the riders, and apparently also for quite a few forecasters.

Stage 11: Vichy → Nevers : The day nobody saw the Viking coming

Vichy-Nevers, 161 km of flat terrain, and Søren Wærenskjold emerging from nowhere to claim a massive sprint victory in style. Olav Kooij and Milan Fretin complete the podium, Pogacar quietly keeps his yellow and polka dot jerseys, and Mads Pedersen his green. A transition stage? Yes, except it wreaked havoc on the prediction sheets.

Because hardly anyone saw the Norwegian coming. Out of 255 participants, exactly two picked his name: marloi and karim_yilmaz, the only two who sensed Wærenskjold's victory when everyone was looking elsewhere. Zero out of 255 for the winner's nationality : "OTHER" was the right answer, and apparently that was one step too far for the forecasters' peloton. The Franco-Belgian bet was also a puzzle: only BilalKoers found Milan Fretin, third of the day, for the best French or Belgian rider : 1 out of 255, hats off. On the other hand, the comfort bets went well: 202 players had anticipated the massive sprint, 182 that the breakaway wouldn't make it, 186 that the yellow jersey would stay on Pogacar. And 84 had the correct podium : not bad at all given the surprise winner.

In today's standings, marloi crushes everything with 41 points : best performance of the stage, and it shows in the overall since he climbs 5 places to reach 6th (269 pts). karim_yilmaz follows with 31 points on the stage, but it's especially his overall comeback that impresses: +48 places at once to settle in 93rd : the best climb of the day. ChristopheSpa (21 pts on the stage) gains 16 places and reaches 80th, and JarneKopman also climbs 23 positions to join 112th place. Strong performance too for And and Andrei with 21 points each.

At the top of the overall, maxime patin continues to wear the contest's yellow jersey with disconcerting serenity: 340 points, 8 stages finished in the lead, and still 25 lengths ahead of Hubogoss (315 pts, 2nd). Mich_Mich holds 3rd place (302 pts), GauCol is 4th (290 pts). Note that Gabilou drops 9 places (16th) and RikVH 6 (13th), while TomThom climbs 5 spots to settle 10th tied with MorVal. For the 67 players who go home empty-handed tonight... the flat stage was supposed to be the easiest : we say nothing, but we think hard.

Stage 12: Nevers → Chalon-sur-Saône : The Belgian strikes, and this time everyone (or almost) saw it coming

After the Wærenskjold thunderbolt the day before, back to normal on this 179 km flat stage: Tim Merlier outsprints Olav Kooij and Jasper Philipsen in a well-organized massive sprint. Pogacar keeps his yellow jersey and polka dots, nothing shakes at the top of the race.

But in the contest, the day still sorted things out. Out of 257 ballots, only 49 had ticked Merlier as winner : not so obvious after all : and among them, a fine Belgian-international team: Gabilou, NielsLimburg, HansPolder, KoenWeber, Tom101, Mehdi, PietjeKlim, Nand, RobbeVanLoo, RemiGravel, Mich_Mich and maxime patin can raise a glass tonight. Stage 13: Dole → Belfort : Mauro Schmid plays the spoiler, and 258 ballots come up empty on the winner

From Dole to Belfort over 205 km of Jura hills, the breakaway did the job all the way. Mauro Schmid, opportunistic Swiss puncher, outsprinted Harold Tejada and Tom Pidcock in a small group to secure a victory that nobody in the contest had written down on their ballot. Zero out of 258 : a collective blank. Pogacar, meanwhile, quietly keeps his yellow jersey without anyone trying to test his legs.

On the 7 bets of the day, points were won elsewhere. 196 players out of 258 had guessed right on the type of finish (small group sprint), and 190 had bet that the yellow wouldn't change hands : the two "safe bet" predictions of the day. The breakaway going all the way? Only 70 had sensed it against the grain, and that's where a nice group stands out: Bra, YannisMol, jongooss, mardyl, Simon Horn, Jor, LucaHesper, HugoDomestique, Comet, Fred_du_59, sven_h and LucasBraquets had all ticked "yes" when the majority bet on the peloton. Étape 14 : Mulhouse → Le Markstein : Pogacar remet ça, et cette fois 60 joueurs avaient le bon billet

Trois cols vosgiens (Grand Ballon, Ballon d'Alsace, Col du Haag), une arrivée au sommet, et Tadej Pogacar qui règle ses affaires en solitaire comme à son habitude. Isaac del Toro et le Français Paul Seixas complètent le podium, le maillot jaune ne bouge pas d'épaules, et Pogi empoche au passage les pois. Business as usual, mais le concours, lui, s'est bien agité.

Sur le vainqueur, 60 joueurs sur 258 ont coché Pogacar : pas un raz-de-marée, mais un beau groupe de clairvoyants. Parmi eux, KIKO2309, TuurB, Nand, Alix, Sofie, FreddyGent, XLambert, Enzo, Jor, Mika, Ced86, Bart_Vlaanderen, EthJac et Simmy, qui ont tous vu la locomotive slovène prendre le dernier lacet en tête. Sur le type d'arrivée en solitaire, 198 joueurs sur 258 avaient coché juste : c'est le pari le plus partagé du jour. L'échappée au bout ? 173 ont dit non, et ils ont eu raison. Là où ça a piqué, c'est sur le meilleur Français ou Belge : Paul Seixas, troisième surprise du podium, n'a été trouvé que par 59 joueurs sur 258. Et la nationalité slovène du vainqueur, malgré Pogacar au sommet depuis des semaines, n'a convaincu que 52 bulletins : allez comprendre.

Peformance du jour : c'est Stéph qui signe la meilleure étape avec 59 points, devant Hubogoss (56 pts) et le duo Matador/Thibo (54 pts chacun). maxime patin grappille 53 points, Ced86 ferme le top 6 de la journée avec 51 points.

Au général, maxime patin tient toujours son maillot jaune du concours avec 467 points, pour la 11e étape en tête. Mais Hubogoss, auteur d'une excellente étape, souffle dans la nuque avec 466 points : un seul petit point d'écart. Le duel de la tête de course est d'une tension remarquable. Mich_Mich reste troisième à 413 points, dans son couloir. Plus bas, Stéph grâce à ses 59 points du jour remonte de 3 places pour pointer au rang 4 (352 pts), pendant que GauCol recule de 3 rangs au 7e rang. XLambert grimpe de 4 places au 9e rang, MorVal de 7 rangs au 11e, et Antoinelefebvre de 12 rangs au 19e.

La remontée du jour appartient à Thibo : +74 places en une seule étape, désormais 99e au général avec 206 points : de quoi envisager la suite avec le sourire. Dans le même élan, Ced86 explose de +64 rangs (89e), Alix de +57 (90e), damienj de +57 (71e) et Maartje de +61 (131e). En sens inverse, Comet et mardyl décrochent chacun d'une trentaine de places, rappelant que les Vosges ont du relief dans tous les sens. Quant aux 67 joueurs rentrés bredouilles ce soir, les cols vosgiens leur ont visiblement coupé les jambes avant même le départ.

Stage 15: Champagnole → Plateau de Solaison: Remco Evenepoel plays the finisher, and 46 ballots had the right name

On the road to Plateau de Solaison, no surviving breakaway, no heroic solo: Remco Evenepoel outsprinted Tadej Pogacar and Isaac del Toro in a small group at the top of the mountain. Pogacar keeps his yellow jersey and polka dots, del Toro keeps the white, and the green stays in Mads Pedersen's pockets. Clean, neat, and frankly not so obvious to predict.

Out of 254 ballots, only 46 had bet on Evenepoel as winner: and they deserve to be named. Seppe, BakkerS, RafDiest, GillSchm, ThierryMons, Gil_Charleroi, VerKob, TuurB, Thibo, Antoinelefebvre, Bra73, Bart_Vlaanderen, Osc and Steph 🦄 all sensed the Belgian move at the summit. Well done to them. On the nationality of the winner, only 38 out of 253 ticked Belgium: even the black-yellow-red flag wasn't obvious. On the other hand, the exact podium was validated by 200 players out of 254, a nice collective success. And the type of finish, this small group sprint at altitude, only fooled 14 people: a real gem for those who saw it coming. On the yellow jersey, 76 players felt it wouldn't change hands, and 85 had ticked Evenepoel as best Franco-Belgian.

In terms of points on the stage, Achille and Thibo share the best performance of the day with 54 pts each, closely followed by alainf, mardyl, PhilCrampon and TheoV at 49 pts. And these scores show in the general standings: Thibo jumps to 50th place (+49 places), alainf climbs to 129th (+56), mardyl and PhilCrampon each make +59, TheoV +55. A nice collective move up from the lower depths.

The most spectacular climb of the day goes to PopescuO, who gains 69 places at once to settle in 48th position, closely followed by MilanD (+58, 48th tied), Jempi (+53, 105th), Gigi (+55, 113th) and PhilCrampon (+59, 116th). Higher up in the table, Steph 🦄 is propelled to 15th overall with a climb of 22 places, and TuurB joins 16th place (+10).

And at the top of the contest, the scenario turns around: Hubogoss puts on the contest's yellow jersey for the first time with 500 pts, opening up a 5-point lead over maxime patin (495 pts, 2nd), who gives up the lead after long dominating. Stage 16: Evian-les-Bains → Thonon-les-Bains: Remco Evenepoel devours the time trial, and 54 players had it right

Twenty-six kilometers against the clock, 9 km of climbing as an appetizer facing Lake Geneva, and Remco Evenepoel who pulls off a time trial performance from another planet to beat Tadej Pogacar and Mattias Skjelmose. The yellow jersey stays firmly on Pogi's shoulders, who can breathe easy despite the Belgian riding lesson.

Out of 253 ballots, only 54 had ticked Evenepoel as winner - and what flair! Stéph, Hubogoss, Stan, Gabilou, Mat52, JefPeet, Cyriel, bill, AdamCed, Seppe, KoenWeber, momo, Louka and Jor are among the happy few to have sensed the Belgian wind blowing from the shores of Lake Geneva. The Belgian nationality of the winner (same bet, same score: 54 out of 252) confirms it was far from obvious for the majority. On the other hand, the podium was much more generous: 203 players out of 253 had Evenepoel-Pogacar-Skjelmose in the right order, and 182 had bet that the yellow jersey wouldn't change shoulders. A fine collective harvest on those two.

As for best stage of the day, six players share the top spot with 49 points each: AdamCed, Bavo, ChristopheSpa, DriesVdb, Fredo and Gabilou. A fine gathering. The day's biggest climb belongs without question to Bavo, who jumps 61 places to land at rank 120 - a rocket launched from the bottom of the standings.

Overall, Hubogoss consolidates his yellow jersey in the contest with 546 points and a two-point lead over maxime patin (544 pts, 2nd) - a razor-sharp duel that has been going on since the early stages and promises to be decided all the way to Paris. Mich_Mich remains solid 3rd (490 pts), and Stéph climbs to 4th place (423 pts) after his fine stage. Stage 17: Chambéry → Voiron: Philipsen wins, 255 players cry

After two stages watching Evenepoel work miracles, the peloton got its transition day between Col des Prés and Col de Couz, before Jasper Philipsen settled everything in the massive sprint ahead of Mauro Schmid and Olav Kooij. Pogacar keeps his yellow and polka dots, Pedersen his green, del Toro his white. Nothing changes at the top, everything explodes in the contest.

Because Philipsen was the stage's industrial disaster: zero players out of 255 had ticked his name as winner. Zero. Complete void. On the Belgian nationality side of the winner, 8 players had still sensed a Belgian at the finish: without getting the right name, hats off anyway. The massive sprint? Only 13 out of 255 had anticipated this type of finish. On the other hand, 186 players had seen that the breakaway wouldn't make it to the end, and 179 that the yellow jersey wouldn't change shoulders: the two "defensive" bets of the day, which saved quite a few scorecards.

In this collective carnage, DevoThi40 stands out with 18 points, best performance of the day, thanks in particular to the only call on the best Franco-Belgian: Philipsen, then, a find that no one else managed out of 255 ballots. The duel that had tightened to 2 points after the time trial has slightly reopened: nothing decisive, but every stage counts now. Mich_Mich remains 3rd at 495, the back-and-forth holds strong. The day's best comeback goes to DevoThi40: +12 places to land at rank 32, direct reward for his 18 points today. AertSen also climbs 9 places to rank 95, while TitouanVelo and JarneKopman pick up +12 and +9 places respectively. Stage 18: Voiron → Orcieres-Merlette: Carapaz emerges from the breakaway, and the contest turns upside down

Richard Carapaz climbed solo to Orcieres-Merlette after crossing Col Bayard, leaving Mauro Schmid and Matteo Jorgenson fighting for scraps. A fine day for the Ecuadorian breakaway rider, a bad day for 250 out of 254 predictors.

Because yes, only AdamCed, Hubogoss, popol and maxime patin had Carapaz's name on their ballot. Four out of 254 - it's almost as rare as finding Carapaz as a favorite in a sports newspaper. maxime patin even pulled off the double by being the only one of the 254 to find the best Franco-Belgian of the day (Valentin Paret-Peintre), an exceptional move that no one else saw coming. On the complete podium, 7 players found the correct Carapaz-Schmid-Jorgenson combination. The winner's Ecuadorian nationality fooled only 11 participants. Just six points gap for two mountain stages still to play. Mich_Mich remains solid in 3rd place (500 pts, stable).

But the real story of the day is popol's spectacular comeback: +84 places at once, from nowhere to rank 110. AdamCed is no slouch either with +82 places to land at rank 92. Casper and jade also climb into the top performances of the day with 28 points each. MilaVan gains 5 places to settle at rank 23, DevoThi40 takes 4 for rank 28. As for the 81 players without a single point tonight, Carapaz owes them some apologies.

The gap between maxime patin and Hubogoss is six points. Two stages before Paris, everything can still change.

Étape 19 : Gap → Alpe d'Huez - Pogacar régale sur la Montagne, le concours se réveille en masse

Après le Col du Noyer et le Col d'Ornon, l'Alpe d'Huez a rendu son verdict : Tadej Pogacar a réglé au sprint un petit groupe d'élus, devançant Lenny Martinez et Richard Carapaz. Le maillot jaune reste là où il est, bien vissé sur les épaules du Slovène.

Et pour le coup, 319 pronostiqueurs avaient une occasion en or : Pogacar sur l'Alpe, c'est presque un cadeau. 61 sur 255 ont saisi le vainqueur, dont une belle escouade : jadgarc, Bra, AertSen, Simon Horn, ErikJensen, Ame, Damien_31, Cyriel, mardyl, marloi, MorVal, LotteFietst, RobeBap et EthJac ont tous coché Pogacar sans trembler. Là où ça s'est compliqué, c'est sur le type d'arrivée : seulement 19 sur 255 avaient anticipé le sprint d'un petit groupe - personne ne voulait y croire sur l'Alpe, et pourtant. Lenny Martinez comme meilleur Franco-Belge ? À peine 22 joueurs l'avaient vu venir. En revanche, 183 joueurs avaient senti que l'échappée ne passerait pas, et 153 ont validé le podium complet - ce dernier chiffre est une véritable réussite collective.

Du côté des performances du jour, c'est GertJanTielt qui signe la meilleure étape avec 45 points, suivi de très près par AertSen et lejnoa (44 pts chacun), puis Ame, Benjamin et Fantasista à 43 pts. Des scores qui font des ravages dans le classement général : GertJanTielt bondit de 28 places pour atterrir 39e au général, Fantasista s'envole de 33 rangs jusqu'à la 47e place, Ame gagne 30 positions (55e), AertSen grimpe 34 places pour pointer à la 65e. Et la plus belle remontée du jour ? LambertJ, qui décroche 48 places d'un coup pour rejoindre le 128e rang.

En tête, maxime patin tient bon à 656 points, conservant son maillot jaune du concours pour la 13e étape bouclée en tête - Hubogoss est toujours là à 650, à seulement 6 petits points. Six points, c'est exactement l'écart qu'il y avait déjà avant le départ de l'étape : le duel ne bouge pas d'un millimètre, et ça promet pour les dernières étapes. Mich_Mich reste solide à la 3e place (540 pts), avec un grand vide jusqu'au peloton. marloi et TuurB profitent tous deux d'un bond de 8 places pour s'installer dans le top 10 et top 12 respectivement, pendant que ThierryMons réalise l'une des plus belles remontées du peloton du milieu avec +21 places. Enfin, les 83 joueurs repartis bredouilles de l'Alpe d'Huez apprécieront que la montagne, c'est dur pour tout le monde - même pour les pronostics.

Stage 20: Le Bourg-d'Oisans → Alpe d'Huez - Carapaz conquers the Alpe, the contest lives its night of fire

Croix de Fer, Télégraphe, Galibier at 2642m... and the Alpe for dessert. Richard Carapaz devoured this monster of 5600 meters of elevation gain to win solo, with Remco Evenepoel and Sepp Kuss in his wake. Pogacar, meanwhile, keeps his yellow jersey without flinching.

The performance of the day goes undisputed to AdrDubo: 54 points on this stage alone, a climb of 49 places to reach 52nd overall. Carapaz found, podium validated, a big stage like we dream of. Brecht follows with 49 points (236th overall, +17), MertRub completes the top 3 of the day with 41 points, RemiGravel scores 39 points and climbs 37 places to 169th position, and Louka (36 pts, +29, 122nd) and WilBri (34 pts, +32, 102nd) end the day smiling.

At the top of the general standings, maxime patin holds firm: 682 points, 14 stages finished in the lead, 17 points ahead of Hubogoss (665). The contest's yellow jersey doesn't move. Étape 21 : Thoiry → Paris (Champs-Élysées) - Van der Poel conclut en beauté, maxime patin soulève le maillot jaune du concours

Trois fois la Butte Montmartre, puis les pavés légendaires des Champs-Élysées pour un sprint massif que Mathieu van der Poel a remporté devant Jasper Philipsen et Mads Pedersen. Pogacar termine ce Tour de France 2026 avec le jaune bien vissé, Pedersen repart avec le vert, Carapaz garde les pois et del Toro le blanc. Rideau.

Sur les 251 bulletins du jour, seuls Hubogoss, ThierryMons, maxime patin et Stéph avaient coché Van der Poel vainqueur - 4 sur 251, un chiffre qui rappelle les pires ratés de cette montagne de trois semaines. La nationalité néerlandaise n'a guère mieux réussi (6 sur 250). En revanche, le sprint massif, tout le monde l'avait senti : 199 joueurs sur 251 ont trouvé le type d'arrivée, 191 ont validé le bon podium, et 187 avaient vu juste sur l'échappée rentrée. La meilleure étape du jour revient à Stéph avec 59 points, suivi de Hubogoss et maxime patin (46 pts chacun) et ThierryMons (45 pts). Un beau feu d'artifice final pour qui avait osé Van der Poel. TomThom termine le Tour sur une remontée de 39 places, JefB en prend 37, Fin +43 et PopescuO +26. Mais la fusée du jour, c'est GuntherOostende : +87 places pour finir 41e au général, chapeau bas. Et au sommet de tout ça, maxime patin. 831 points au compteur, 15 étapes finies en tête du général du concours, un écart de 47 points sur Hubogoss (784 pts, 2e). Depuis son retour en tête à l'étape 18 sur Orcieres-Merlette - où il était l'un des quatre seuls à avoir trouvé Carapaz -, maxime patin n'a plus lâché la tunique dorée. Mich_Mich complète le podium (643 pts, 3e), Stéph remonte à la 4e place grâce à sa brillante étape finale. Ce Tour de France 2026 sur ScoreMigos se termine comme il avait commencé : avec un leader qui n'a rien laissé au hasard.
